The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not use advertising cookies. Like most WordPress sites, this one keeps standard server logs and may use basic site analytics and caching.
Links to other sites
When you click a link to Amazon or another retailer, you leave this site. That retailer’s own privacy policy and cookies apply to your visit. Affiliate links let the retailer know the visit came from us so we can be credited for a qualifying purchase.
Fonts
We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google’s servers when a page loads.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our weekly email we collect your email address and the pet types you choose, so we can send gear that fits. Email is sent through beehiiv, which stores the list on our behalf. We use double opt-in, so you confirm by email before anything is sent, and every email has an unsubscribe link and a link to update your pet types. We do not sell or rent your address. To have your data deleted, unsubscribe or email news@thepetgearlab.com.
